These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products from Fuel Society. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us
Fuel Society is a meal preparation and delivery service providing freshly prepared meals, salads, oat bowls and juices to customers throughout Belfast, Lisburn and selected surrounding areas.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website and are subject to availability. Once an order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Fuel Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if products are unavailable or if payment has not been successfully processed.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery
Fuel Society currently delivers to Belfast, Lisburn and surrounding areas. Delivery days and times may vary and are subject to availability.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver orders within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Fuel Society cannot accept liability for delays outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided is accurate. If no one is available to receive the order, delivery instructions provided during checkout will be followed where possible.
5. Freshness and Storage
All meals, salads, oat bowls and juices are freshly prepared. Products should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed by the use-by date stated on the packaging.
Heating instructions are provided where applicable. Fuel Society cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored or reheated correctly.
6. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, fish and shellfish.
Customers with allergies or food intolerances should contact us before placing an order. While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered once preparation has commenced or products have been delivered.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to investigate your concern. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
8. Product Availability
From time to time, certain menu items may be unavailable. Fuel Society reserves the right to substitute ingredients or products with suitable alternatives where necessary.
9. Website Information
We aim to ensure that all descriptions, images and nutritional information are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, and photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Society shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal information supplied through the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
Fuel Society reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
